Creating efficiencies is an addiction of Corinne’s—whether through technology or planning. She has streamlined processes to create efficiencies in time, effort, and cost which have lead to decreased cycle time and increased staff utilization.
Budgeting and Fiscal Management
Through process refinements and staffing solutions, Corinne was able to reduce the department chargeback rate by more than 20% across three years. She partnered with the Operations and Commercial team to refine the funding model to provide internal customer’s with high quality and service at fair rates while reducing the variable costs that lead to staffing challenges.
Corinne has helped creative teams establish standards for measuring efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction which then enabled the creative leaders to speak objectively to the firm’s performance, as well as track trends, improvements, and challenges.
Increasing average tenure requires hiring the right people and creating meaningful opportunities for them.
